About Casa Foelas
Casa Foelas (or ‘house on the hill’) is a spacious detached country house with a private new pool for the exclusive use of our guests. The house has memorable views and is set in its own garden and olive groves. The house is very private and not overlooked.
The house is divided into two self-contained apartments. The downstairs apartment or “Garden Apartment” is available for your stay and consists of a lounge, with bed settee, fully fitted kitchen, double bedroom, with additional single bed , a twin bedroom and a wet room. The upstairs apartment is used exclusively by the owners when they visit. This will not be occupied during your stay ensuring your complete privacy.
The Garden Apartment comfortably sleeps up to 5 people plus two infants under 2 years of age who do not require a bed.
Outside there is a beautiful covered terrace with plenty of outdoor furniture and access to the 8m x 4m pool, which is surrounded by a lovely sun deck. It’s the perfect place to relax and sunbathe.
The pool is fully fenced with a lockable gate so it is very safe for families.

Casa Foelas is approached via a typical Italian country lane. The house is one of about 8 houses in this semi-rural hamlet close to the town of Casoli. The majority of the houses close by are also holiday homes.
Car hire is essential when considering a holiday at Casa Foelas.
There is car parking on site with space for two medium sized cars or one people carrier sized car.
The grounds of Casa Foelas are particularly special. Tranquility and peace are guaranteed here. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some quality time with family or friends.
Casa Foelas also provides the perfect setting for a romantic get-a-way for couples as the house is secluded and private.
The covered terrace is a perfect for dining al-fresco and for enjoying the peace and quiet of the beautiful country location. There’s even a hammock for you to relax in on a warm lazy afternoon with a good book.
You can rent the” Garden Apartment” from as little as £75 per night
The Garden Apartment has its own private front door. Inside, you are welcomed into the lounge – a comfortable area with original oak beams and a wood burning stove , perfect for visits in the cooler months.
The lounge has two sofas with an additional settee that can covert to a bed settee if required. There is a 50″ smart television and a DVD player. Netflix is available and there are over a 100 channels to watch covering all popular European channels . This room has a cosy feel and is very homely. Imagine cuddling up with a glass of local wine and watching a DVD in front of a roaring fire in early spring or autumn.
Equally in the summer, the lounge has air conditioning for you to escape the heat of the day and just chill and relax – maybe listen to some music. There is a bluetooth speaker to listen to your own music from your portable devices .
We have a toy box and a books, DVDs and games for all ages.
From the lounge you enter the kitchen with everything you could need for a self-catering holiday. There are even plastic plates for the children and a small children’s sized table and two chairs.
The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher (slim size), oven, microwave and plenty of cupboard space. There is a large family sized kitchen table and chairs. French style doors open from the kitchen onto the covered terrace and patio area, with amazing views across the valley, then down a few steps to the pool and sun deck area.
There are two beautiful bedrooms – a double ( with additional single bed ) and a twin – both tastefully decorated to a very high standard.
The master bedroom is particularly spacious and has plenty of room to accommodate a travel cot, if you are travelling with little ones.
This apartment also benefits from a brand new wet room with a power shower, bidet, basin and toilet – please note there isn’t a bath but a baby bath is available upon request.
Both bedrooms have air-conditioning.
